The Way We Use Information:

1. Customer information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other entity for any reason, without the consent of the customer, other than for the express purpose of delivering the information or service requested by the customer.
2. Any consumer information collected thru our online forms will not be kept on file for more than 120 days, unless the consumer opts to use Pearl for the requested services at which point the information will be stored internally in the customer record.
3. Pearl Technologies only sends emails and information to those that request information from us. We do not send unsolicited or bulk emails of any kind.
